Built high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.

Outcome

The redesign of the email management application resulted in a more intuitive and efficient platform that enhances user experience and productivity. By addressing key pain points such as complex template creation, cumbersome bulk email scheduling, and a cluttered inbox interface, the new design simplifies workflows and improves accessibility.

Key improvements include:

  • A streamlined bulk email scheduling system with enhanced flexibility.

  • An intuitive template management feature that allows users to create and save templates effortlessly.

  • A cleaner, more organized inbox interface that enhances message tracking and management.

User testing showed a significant improvement in usability. Participants reported a 30% reduction in time spent on email scheduling and higher satisfaction with the template creation process.
