Project Overview

Fazipay, a product of Infibranches, is designed to aid last-mile services through an active network of agents. The previous landing page failed to adequately convey the breadth of services provided by the company and was outdated. My task was to collaborate with the product manager to review and redesign the website, ensuring it accurately reflects the company's mission, services, and user needs.

  1. Enhance Authenticity: Create a design that authentically represents the company's mission and services.

  2. User-Friendly Experience: Ensure the website is easy to navigate and provides a seamless user experience.

  3. Informative Content: Clearly outline the products and services offered by Fazipay, including the mobile app, POS app, and solar products.

  4. Competitive Edge: Research competitor websites to identify strengths and ensure Fazipay stands out.

  5. Trust and Reassurance: Incorporate elements such as FAQs and partner logos to build trust and reassure users.

  6. Engagement and Conversion: Design sections that explain how to get started with Fazipay and highlight the benefits of using the platform for financial transactions.

Understanding the product and research

The process began with an initial meeting with the product manager to understand the company's goals, target audience, and the shortcomings of the previous website. Detailed information was collected on the services provided by Fazipay, including the mobile app, POS app, and solar products. A competitive analysis was conducted to identify best practices and areas for differentiation.

  • Ideation

The objectives for the redesign were clearly established, focusing on accurate representation, user experience, and comprehensive information delivery. To organize the website's content, a sitemap was created, ensuring a structured and user-friendly architecture. Additionally, user personas were developed to better understand the needs and preferences of the target audience, allowing for a more effective design.

  • Design and Development

Wireframes were designed to map out the website’s structure and layout, ensuring a user-friendly interface. High-fidelity mockups were created, incorporating the company’s branding elements and visual identity. Engaging and informative content was developed for each section of the website, including product descriptions, FAQs, and partner information.

  • Testing and feedback

Usability tests were conducted with sample users to gather feedback on the design and functionality. The design was presented to the product manager, and feedback was incorporated to refine the website. Necessary adjustments were made based on user and client feedback to enhance the website’s performance and user satisfaction.

The redesigned website features a catchy hero section designed to immediately capture visitors' attention with a compelling headline and visually striking imagery. This section sets the tone for the user experience, highlighting the key benefits and unique selling points of Fazipay.
